Ticket Types

Clinician - $450

For physicians and medical personnel directly involved in day-to-day patient care.

Fellow-in-Training - fee waived

Industry - $750

For employees of pharmaceutical companies, as well as individuals who are not engaged in direct patient care.

ACCME Permission to share

In compliance with ACCME’s Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Education, we request your permission to share your contact information with ACCME-defined ineligible companies that support this activity. Potential benefits of sharing your information may include invitations to special events hosted by EFACC sponsors. Your response does not affect your participation in the conference.

Cancellation policy

100% refund of registration fee if cancelled on or prior to December 7, 2026.

50% refund of registration fee if cancelled December 8 thru December 28, 2026.

No refund of registration fee if cancelled on or after December 29, 2026.

Clinicians and Fellows are welcome to bring guests to the conference. With a paid guest badge, guests may attend the Thursday and Friday evening receptions, as well as the Saturday night dinner dance.

Please note: guest badges do not include access to Plenary Sessions, Breakout Sessions, or the Exhibit Hall, and are not available with Industry registrations.

Adult Guest (ages 14+) - $150/each

Child Guest (ages 13 & under) - $75/each

room reservations

The conference room block at The Breakers is available to full conference registrants, sponsors, and exhibitors. Hotel booking information will be included in confirmation emails for registrants and will be provided to sponsors and exhibitors once their sponsorship and/or exhibit space has been confirmed.

Please note: any rooms booked at The Breakers outside of eligibility will be subject to cancellation.
