Conference Fees

General Admission - $450 Early Bird $395

Includes access to all sessions, the receptions on Thursday and Friday nights, plus the dinner dance on Saturday night.   


GA - adult guest (16+) - $150 / child guest - $75

Includes access to the receptions on Thursday and Friday nights plus the dinner dance on Saturday night.


FIT (Fellow-In-Training) - fee waived

Includes access to all sessions plus the receptions on Thursday and Friday nights.


ACCME Permission to Share

The following is a requirement from the ACCME for each registrant to select whether to share their contact information with conference sponsors and conference attendees. If you agree to share your information, the information would be limited to your name and address.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 50% refund of registration fees if cancelled 11-14 days prior to conference
  • No refund of registration fees if cancelled within 10 days of conference
