Policies:
- One night deposit charged at the time of booking.
- Cancellation is allowed 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- Cancellation within the 14 days of arrival date will be charged a penalty fee of 50% of the stay.
- All reservations require a valid credit card and picture ID at time of check in.
