• Please call the Eau directly at 855-388-0537 and provide the name of the conference, EFACC, and dates needed. 
• The reservations team is available from 8am to 8pm EST. 

Policies:

• One night deposit charged at the time of booking. 
• Cancellation is allowed 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. 
• Cancellation within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged a penalty fee of 50% of the stay.
• All reservations require a valid credit card and picture ID at time of check in.
